Aidan is the head storyboard artist of The Keepers as well as the writer and artist of Kawaii Zombie. He’s from Austin, Texas, and he sure does act like it. A natural concert hopper and record crate digger, he finds himself making friends in every lot and building he walks throughout. Lately, he’s been working magic with his Apple pen as he ventures into digital artwork for The Keepers. Sometimes, he switches things up by throwing neon paint on black canvases. There’s emotional energy put into both his abstract and his comic work.

Charlotte Kraushaar

Charlotte is the head inker of The Keepers series. They are originally from Southern California and then moved to Texas to complete their bachelor’s degree in philosophy at Southwestern University. When they’re not cooped up working from home as a private tutor, they can be spotted in the wild rock climbing or frequenting a boba shop. They are currently working on their master’s in special education; they have a passion for supporting and teaching young neurodivergent students and hope to continue with it for a while. Their passion for drawing is another story. They’ve been drawing most of their life and are excited to be contributing to something bigger. Drawing for yourself is fun and all, but they do think that being able to work on a passion project with friends is that much more rewarding!

Sophie Walters

A natural talent at spending too much time on her phone, film studies graduate Sophie officially joined Volition Comics in 2025 to help the company launch and maintain its social media accounts.
When not planning new marketing strategies from her sofa in England, Sophie spends her time watching too many films in a year and scouring the internet for new cross stitch patterns. She hopes to one day fund a masters degree and eventually a PhD so she can write about and teach queer studies, with a specialty in representations of asexuality and aromanticism on screen. |
