Volition Comics Has Incorporated!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 

AUSTIN, TEXAS — As of April 13, 2025, Volition Comics has officially incorporated as a limited liability company in the State of Texas under the legal name Volition Comics Cooperative, LLC. This has been years in the making, from Peyton Drozd Williams's childhood storytelling to Aidan Glover coming into the fold in 2021, eager to adapt The Keepers into comic books; to two more co-owners, Charlotte Kraushaar and Mark Sullivan, coming onboard over the next couple of years; to a few initial indie releases, namely Kawaii Zombie in 2022 and the first volume of The Keepers in 2023; to several other collaborators, too many to name, bringing their own flair and talent into the mix. 

Volition Comics was always intended to be a cooperative, jointly owned and self-managed, putting workers first. Through incorporating as a partnership, we stay true to that promise. All who contribute shall reap the fruits of their labor—all of it, not some fraction or percentage. Thus, the path to co-ownership remains open for fresh blood. 

Lots of exciting things are happening here at Volition Comics, including but not limited to new releases on the horizon, new entries to ongoing series as well as new projects! Stay tuned for more updates.
